Our team leader, Dr. Adrian Zuckerberger, is one of the world’s leading experts in the field of Medium Voltage Drives. During his career he was with ABB Medium Voltage Drives for many years and designed, among many other projects, ABB ACS 6000 MV VFD – one of the world’s most successful Medium Voltage VFDs.

 

Our team consists of experienced R&D engineers with complementary skills. Together we have the ability to cover all the topics related to Medium Voltage VFDs e.g. power electronics, mechanical design, low power electronics, thermal design, electromagnetics, simulations, testing, maintenance and more.

 

Our system thinking is a result of years of experience in numerous fields related to Medium Voltage VFDs. We know how to link between different disciplines, and hence we can predict and prevent design problems at the early steps of development process.

 

Our experience in testing.  Testing of Medium Voltage VFDs is always a challenging and complicated process. We have a vast experience in this field, ranging from common routine and type tests to more special tests e.g. vibration testing and testing for internal electric arcs in cabinets.

 

Our experience in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) was gained from numerous successful investigations of Medium Voltage VFDs failures. Hence we can provide an efficient and unbiased failure investigation that will reduce system downtime and prevent additional future failures.
